Jesús Verdes Lezana, born in Baracaldo (Vizcaya), holds a degree in Business, Political and Commercial Sciences at UPV, Law at UNED and Political Science and Public Administration at UPV. He is Auditor of Accounts, accredits different specialization courses in legal-economic matters.

In his academic career, he teaches as full professor of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the País Vasco University (UPV), and is a visiting professor in different universities and national and foreign university institutes, he has been director of the University Department of Management and Innovation Evaluation Business

He has published books, lectures on business law and economics and belongs to professional associations related to economics and law.
