Born in Madrid, graduated in Law at Complutense University of Madrid in 1995 and with the Master in International Taxation at The Garrigues & Andersen Center in 2002. He has completed the General Management Program (PDG) at IESE Business School – University of Navarra in 2007 He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.

He has developed his professional career for almost 20 years as a Partner in the law firm Exlege Asesores and in 2013 he founded the law firm Nicolás Rodríguez Abogados (NR2) with a group of experts in commercial, corporate and insolvency matters. In addition, he is Secretary of Management Boards in national and international companies. He has participated in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and legal advice for companies and corporate groups.
